James F. Ross

With profound sadness, the Department of Philosophy records the passing of James F. Ross on July 12, 2010.  Prof. Ross had been a member of the Department since 1962. He will be greatly missed by his many students, colleagues, and friends, both in the University and outside it. A memorial service was held at the University on October 25, 2010.
