Dylan Manson has submitted his dissertation for defense. It is entitled Special Obligations and Emergency Conditions. A copy is located here. 
 
The defense will take place on Friday, April 22nd at 2:00 PM (EST) in Cohen 493 with a champagne reception to follow in the Philosophy Lounge
