Penn Philosophers in Potsdam

On May 6, 2017, six Penn philosophers offered their research at a day long conference at SUNY Potsdam on Representing Reality. Presentations by five graduate students, Ben Baker (Neural Dynamics and Inner Representations), Marie Barnett (Attitudes and Intentions), Devin Sanchez Curry (Cartesian Critters Can't Remember), Nabeel Hamid (Kant's Organic Mind), and Jordan Taylor (Emotions and Appraisal), constituted the morning and afternoon sessions. Gary Hatfield gave the evening keynote, on Perceptual Realisms and the Geometry of Visual Space. Organized by David Curry. Program with abstracts below.
