Paul Guyer honored for Distinguished Teaching

Paul Guyer, Professor of Philosophy and Florence R.C. Murray Professor in the Humanities, has been awarded a Provost’s Award for Distinguished PhD Teaching and Mentoring in recognition of his extraordinary record of service and achievement as a dissertation supervisor and advisor over nearly three decades at the University of Pennsylvania. Professor Guyer, who is president elect of the American Philosophical Association, will receive his award at a ceremony hosted by the Provost on Monday April 25 at 5 pm (location TBA).
